My stay was marred by a very rude housekeeper who refused to assist me when I needed a knife to open my luggage late at night. The small size of the room was disappointing, and the shower area struggled to contain water, creating a mess. I gotta say, the help from the staff was great. They were friendly & helpful , and they even made sure my room had everything I needed like water and coffee.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but it was still acceptable.

Decent stay with some hiccups
I stayed for 6 nights in a Club Double Room. The location was super convenient, and they had reliable free wifi. The room was a good size with comfy aircon. Staff was friendly, but a little slow. I had breakfast at the bar area, but the options were kinda limited. Overall, not bad, but some service improvement would help.
